Yep. When I was 70 lbs heavier, people were surprised because I was on a mostly plant-based diet and ate super clean. However, I was eating large portions which often included nuts, avocados, coconut milk, etc. These foods are high in fat - although we can argue that it's healthy fat - and I was eating a ton of them each day.
