Scapula, thoracic issues, issues with bulging discs in lower cervical spine...just a few things that could cause this.

Also things that may seem unrelated like gastritis, gallstones, inflamed gallbladder, sphincter of oddi, etc. The brain gets confused when the stomach is damaged and will send referral pain to other places. Sometimes the stomach will feel fine even though it's the culprit.
