OMG. I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one who deals with stuff like this, but I'm sorry you experienced it as well.

My ex once called the police and pretended I poisoned the kids. I had to wake them up late at night to prove they were alive when the police came banging on my door. That was years ago, but my kids still talk about it. It was traumatic for all of us.
