I’ll keep this brief instead of turning it into a 4-minute article about nothing. Earlier this month, I noticed some of my articles have internal traffic and member reading time, but my earnings are still $0.00 for them.
This isn’t the norm.
In the past, I earned money for all internal views, even if readers just spent a few seconds on my story. Unfortunately, that’s no longer happening. I have screenshots from approximately 10 different articles verifying this.
I researched out to Medium support last week. They responded quickly and said they’re looking into the issue.
I also let Medium know that I initially get a 404 error each time I try loading my work. After that, the page refreshes on its own and loads my article. This has been happening for a couple of weeks. The support team is looking into this issue as well.
In the meantime, I’m just wondering if these glitches are happening to anyone else. Feel free to share your experience about recent Medium earnings or glitches in the comments.
