I'm glad it worked for you. I have tried meditations before, but I haven't had much luck yet. I have a really hard time turning off my thoughts and relaxing completely.

However, I have incorporated affirmations into my daily routine, and they help. I have a list hanging by my laptop, but the list isn't about work. It's about parenting - stuff like "Whatever I do today will be enough." It has helped me a lot.
