I wonder the same thing daily.

This damn fatigue has proved to be stubbornly resistant to everything I’ve tried. And now I’m wondering if it’s because my body is just paying the price of all those decades of doing too much, too often, for too long, not knowing what I was really dealing with — a neurodivergent brain and nervous system.
