I wanted to write a similar article, but you beat me to it lol. I may still discuss my personal experience though.

Long story short, I had high blood pressure for many years. My doctors kept telling me to reduce sodium - so I kept dropping it. Turns out my brain injury caused me to need that salt - in fact, I often need more than others to survive. I ended up sick, dehydrated, and...surprise surprise...with treatment-resistant high blood pressure.

I started consuming as much salt as I wanted each day, and now my blood pressure is great (not perfect, but good enough to get off the meds I was on for years). I'm also able to think better and function better.
